sleep's elusive at 2.30am. so i reckon i just blog my head off.
question: "so where did you study previously?"
answer: "RJ"
reply:"wah so smart"
yes.. i guess I got into RJ because I had a slight intellectual advantage over the rest of the people in my cohort back then. but does that really prove anything?
i think university is a stage where people are starting to do courses that they are good in. in addition, the late bloomers are starting to give people a run for their money. and everyone's intellectual capability's more or less tending to that common limit, something like your y = lnx curve, if you get what i mean. IQ = sup x? lol.
come on. just because i'm have a better education background, what i don't really like sometimes, is that people tend to view you coming from an elite setting, that i'm too good for them. if you view me that way, would i even bother to speak to you in the first place?
nah, i'm not blogging based on something that happened or what. it's just a general trend that i get when i talk to people, accumulated after many many years.
sad huh? labels labels labels. well. i have friends who don't fit your usual profile. well, to be frank, maybe even some of you haven't come across people like them at all. of course, maybe not your usual secret society member. but who knows, i won't be surprised if one of them previously was.
but, well at least, i haven't seen extreme cases where people shun you at just the mere mention that you're from this this this and that that that.
ah whatever who cares. i'm munching too much famous amos to even think properly.
